Federico José Pagura

Federico José Pagura was an Argentine Methodist bishop, theologian, and hymn translator who contributed significantly to Spanish language Protestant worship. He translated and adapted numerous classic English hymns for Latin American congregations while also writing original hymns rooted in justice and mission. His Spanish rendering Mil Voces Para Celebrar helped introduce Charles Wesley's classic hymn to Spanish speaking churches.
