Jay Thomas Stocking

Jay Thomas Stocking was an American Congregational minister and hymn writer. Hymnological sources credit him with O Master Workman of the Race, dated 1912. The hymn reflects early twentieth-century Protestant concern for Christian vocation, service, moral courage, and the humanity of Jesus.
