Kathleen Thomerson

Kathleen Thomerson is an American Episcopal composer hymn writer and church musician. She wrote both the text and tune of I Want to Walk as a Child of the Light in the 1960s while serving in church music ministry. Her hymn has become widely used in contemporary hymnals and is especially associated with the Epiphany season.
