Ozora Stearns Davis

Ozora Stearns Davis was an American Congregational minister, theologian, author, and hymn writer. He studied at Dartmouth College, Hartford Theological Seminary, and the University of Leipzig. Davis served as president of Chicago Theological Seminary from 1909 to 1929 and wrote We Bear the Strain of Earthly Care in 1909.
