Ruben Ruiz Avila

Ruben Ruiz Avila was a Mexican Presbyterian pastor, theologian, and hymn writer known for his contributions to Spanish language hymnody in Latin American Protestant churches. His ministry included pastoral leadership, theological education, and liturgical renewal. His hymn Mantos y palmas esparciendo became widely used in Spanish speaking congregations during Palm Sunday celebrations.
